We created Empowerment Matters because we’ve lived it.
We’ve seen students with boundless potential held back by tuition costs. We've watched talented young athletes sit on the sidelines because their families couldn't afford the fees or gear. We've met visionary entrepreneurs with bold ideas but no access to the networks, funding, or support that bring dreams to life.
And we asked ourselves:
What if someone just believed in them? What if they had the tools, strategy, and visibility to finally be seen?
That’s when Empowerment Matters was born.
Originally launched under E&M Empowerment Holding Company LLC, Empowerment Matters began by directly supporting students, athletes, and small business owners through grassroots initiatives. But today, we’ve evolved into something bigger.
We are now a full-service marketing and consulting firm on a mission to uplift mission-driven organizations. Instead of running the programs ourselves, we now empower the people who do — the nonprofits, the community organizers, the educators, and the local leaders.
