What a night!
Our first Parents Night Out was an incredible success — and it’s all thanks to YOU. 💙
From the families who came out to support, to the generous local businesses and individuals who donated raffle items, food, and services — none of it would have been possible without your commitment to our mission.
Together, we raised over $2,500 in donations and raffle sales, plus nearly $1,000 in in-kind contributions from amazing community partners. Every dollar helps YouGotNext continue breaking down barriers for youth in sports, education, and opportunity.

The YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation is a South Jersey-based nonprofit dedicated to creating real opportunities for youth and families who are too often left out of the game — whether that’s on the field, in the classroom, or in the business world.
We believe every child deserves a shot — not just to play, but to thrive.
Founded in 2025 as the next chapter of the YouGotNext initiatives originally launched by Empowerment Matters LLC, the Foundation now leads three core programs:
Reduces the financial burden of youth sports through scholarships, equipment support, and team sponsorship. As of 2025, we’re proud to sponsor local leagues and operate our own inclusive team, the YouGotNext Renegades.
Supports students and educators through school supply drives, teacher grants, tutoring stipends, and creative enrichment scholarships.
Equips the next generation of changemakers with mentorship, seed funding, and entrepreneurial tools to launch their ideas and build generational wealth.
In too many communities, families are priced out of opportunity. The YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation was created to close that gap — with real resources, community partnerships, and programs rooted in lived experience.
In our first few months we raised over $2,000 to help North Vineland Little League keep kids on the field and sponsor tournament fees for a local rec team. That early success — powered by neighbors and small donors — proved what we can build together.
With your support, we’re building:
This is empowerment in motion. This is community-led change.
This is YouGotNext.

YouGotNext Sports allows kids to Play Harder. We believe every child deserves a shot to shine—on and off the field. We're on a mission to remove financial barriers that keep young athletes on the sidelines. By funding registration fees, equipment, and travel costs, we create opportunities for youth to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership through sports. Because when every kid gets a chance to play, we all win.
The YouGotNext Renegades are more than just a baseball team — we’re a movement powered by purpose. Born out of the YouGotNext Empowerment Foundation, the Renegades were created to give youth athletes a chance to compete, grow, and lead — regardless of their financial circumstances.
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to play, learn, and belong. The Renegades embody resilience, teamwork, and heart — on and off the field. Backed by a mission-driven foundation, we aim to develop strong athletes and even stronger leaders through access, mentorship, and community support.
Whether we’re training, competing, or serving our community, the Renegades do it with pride — and we do it together.
YouGotNext. We’re up now.

YouGotNext Business is dedicated to fueling the passion and potential of entrepreneurs in underserved communities—empowering them to Dream Bigger.
